A workshop system originally designed for a single repair shop was turned into a multi-tenant SaaS product; alongside the web panel, an Android app for mechanics in the field is also live.
Auto repair shops were recording work orders, parts inventory and customer debts in paper notebooks or scattered spreadsheets. Mechanics couldn't update a vehicle's status from the field.
Work order, POS, invoicing, inventory and customer credit modules were added to a multi-tenant web panel. The Android app reads a photo of the vehicle registration document to fill in the vehicle form and opens the vehicle's history via QR code.
A web-based management panel and a separate product website on a relational database; an Android app that reads vehicle registration documents with on-device text recognition.
