Modernization
We renew your existing systems with today's technologies, making them faster, more secure and more efficient.

Modernization
Old but critical systems carry your business, yet they are hard to maintain, carry a high security risk and are closed to new needs. We move these systems to modern architectures without interruption, in phases and without data loss.
Problem
Old Access/Excel-based tools, unsupported servers, legacy code that nobody dares to touch.
Solution
First we document the existing system and secure the data, then we move the modules to modern technology one by one. The old and new systems run in parallel throughout the transition.
What do we do?
- Legacy system transformation
- Data migration
- Cloud migration
- Performance improvement
- Moving to new technologies
- Capacity planning
What do you gain?
- Uninterrupted transition
- Guaranteed data integrity
- Lower maintenance costs
- An architecture open to new features
A transparent, measurable process

We take the project live and provide ongoing support when needed.
About Modernization
No. Thanks to the phased transition and parallel operation, daily operations are not interrupted; critical steps are carried out outside working hours.
Before the migration, the structure and quality of the data are examined and trial migrations are run; record counts and critical fields are compared and verified at every stage. The old system is kept in read-only mode until the new system has been verified.
In most cases, gradual renewal carries lower risk: the module that causes the most problems or is the most critical is migrated first, and the others follow in turn. Rewriting from scratch is recommended only when the existing system can no longer be documented or maintained.
Yes. The existing tables, forms and reports are examined and moved to a multi-user web application with access permissions that preserves the same workflow. For details, see our guide on moving from Excel to software.
