Project Summary

A product made up of a source-cited content pipeline, a multilingual website, a mobile app and subscription infrastructure.

The Client's Problem

Fermentation information was circulating online without sources and in ways that were risky from a safety standpoint. The product needed to be searchable in multiple languages and sellable on mobile through subscriptions.

Solution

A content pipeline consisting of a schema, a validator and a translation workflow was built; content is published in EN/TR/DE/ES/FR/IT. A backend, an Android app and a website were developed, and Sign in with Google, Google Play subscriptions and AI answers were added.

Technical Architecture

An API-based backend and relational database, a server-rendered website and a cross-platform Android app; self-hosted.
